Student Report Card/Assessment Authorization
Dear Parents,
Here at Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club, one of our main priorities is to ensure the academic success and achievement of our Club members. We do this through our Power Hour Homework Program, as well as through our reading and math programs. For us to address individual children’s needs and develop a support plan, and to also demonstrate to our generous funders the impact that we have on a young person’s academic achievement, it is vital for us to use third-party data to evaluate and assess our performance. With that, we request that you collaborate with us by authorizing the release of your child’s report cards and assessment data from the LV schools to us. Upon your authorization, we will work directly with the school district to receive this information. Individual student information will remain confidential and never posted or shared.
