Membership Services Assistant     

Monday – Friday 2:45pm  – 7:15pm

Salary: $15/hour

  • This position is a perfect fit for an outgoing, friendly individual to be the first impression of Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club to member’s parents and the community at large.
  • Seeking a friendly individual responsible for member registration and payments, overseeing the safety of our kids when they check-in and check-out of the Club, and conveying information about programs, schedules and fees to parents.


  • High School/GED required. Some college preferred.
  • 1-3 years proven experience with database entry, handling money and phone work.
  • Excellent verbal skills to communicate with parents, school officials, staff and members.
  • Spanish speaking capability a plus.

Youth Development AssistantGrades K-5th    

Monday – Friday 3:30pm  – 6:30pm

Salary: $14/hour

  • Do you like working with kids and have a desire to inspire?
  • Seeking energetic person to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in grades K-5.
  • Assist with homework, art projects and engage children in recreational activities.
  • Ensure safety and supervision of children at all times by meeting physical demands of the position.
  • Maintain positive relationships with families and youth.


  • HS diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred in a related field
  • Some experience working with youth & families
  • Demonstrated ability & interest in working with youth.
