Membership Services Coordinator

As a Membership Services Coordinator, you are responsible for the relationship with our most valuable customers, our members and families of the club. This person is the face of our club greeting all who enter and ensuring they feel welcome and part of an incredible club experience. Strong communication and a high level of customer service is a top priority. Marketing our club and the programs we offer to our members and the community with the goal to maintain and gain enrollment into our programs is a top priority. Must be able to multi task, prioritize, handle member and family concerns and questions courteously, promptly and professionally. Hours are Monday through Friday 2:00pm-7:30pm.

Gymnastics Assistant Open Schedule!  Advise on your availability for Monday – Friday and/or Saturday. 

This position is responsible for helping the instructor with our gymnastics program. That teaches basic techniques of stretching, tumbling, vaulting, uneven bars and the balance beam and is age appropriate, gender specific and develops character in a safe environment.

Youth Development Assistants  for Grades K – 5th  Monday – Friday 3pm – 7:30pm.  Also Saturday hours available 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.  Schedule flexible may be  20 plus hours per week

Help members with homework, reading, and computer activities. Plan fun & engaging activities that promote positive interaction & team building: table tennis, dance & drama, fine arts, trivia challenge & book buddies, etc.

Youth DevelopmentTeen Programs Grades 6-12th Monday – Thursday 3pm – 8pm and Friday 3pm – 10pm and Saturday hours 9am – 4pm. Schedule flexible may be  20 plus hours per week

Planned activities include community service, social & educational events and presenting Boys & Girls Club of America programs such as Passport to Manhood, Money Matters, College Prep. Candidates with college course work related to psychology, social work or fields relevant to teen programs is desired. Clean driver’s license is needed to drive company vehicle on field trips.
