Eric Brook
A member of the Board since 2018, Eric is a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank covering the Food and Beverage sector within the investment bank. He is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelors degree in Business Adminstration and holds a Master in Business Administration from Pace University. Eric and his wife Suzanne have two children and live in Old Brookville.

Patrick H. Mackay
A member of the Board since 1981, Patrick is an Associate Broker with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, and President of PRARE Inc., a real estate consulting firm. He also is Chairman of the Board of the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation, and serves on the boards of Belmont Child Care Association and the North Shore Land Alliance. Patrick and his wife Lee live in Locust Valley.

Dwight (Arne) Arnesen
A member of the Board since 2013, Arne is an independent real estate consultant after many years as a Senior Managing Director at Rockwood Capital. Arne has a Juris Doctor from Washington & Lee University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University. Arne also serves on the Board of Directors of Rand Corporation (Global Risk and Security) and St Francis Hospital. Arne and his wife Bonnie have two children, and live in Punta Gourda, FL.

Dr. James Widyn
A member of the Board since 2019, James is a physician and partner at New York Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists PC, and attending Cardiac Anesthesiologist at St Francis Hospital. He has a Medical Degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cornell University. James and his wife Meghan have three children and live in Locust Valley.

Carole Bates
A member of the Board since 2019, Carole is the Associate Dean for Administration and Strategy at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Carole has a Master of Public Health degree from the Yale School of Public Health, a Master of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University, and Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College. Carole is a member of the Alumni Board at Friends Academy. Carole and her husband Andrew have three children and live in Locust Valley.

Barbara King
A member of the Board since 1994, Barbara is a Nurse with Northwell Health. Barbara has a Bachelors Degree and a Masters in Nursing. Barbara and her family have been involved with the Club since its inception, and she was formerly President of the Club’s Volunteer Association. Barbara and her husband Ian have three children and live in Locust Valley.

A member of the Board since 2019, Gianluca is a Partner at Janover LLC. Gianluca has a Masters of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Gianluca and his wife Lauren have two children and live in Bayville.

A member of the Board since 2020, Sean is an attorney with Rivkin Radler LLP. Sean has a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University and a Bachelors Degree from Long Island University. Sean lives in Glen Cove.

Susan Altamore Carusi
A member of the Board since 2008, Susan is the Executive Vice President of Big Guy Foundation. She has a Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from Fordham Unversity, and a Bachelor of Arts from La Salle University. Susan also serves on the boards of Education Comes First, Alpha Theta Alpha Alumni Association, and Estates of BonBrook Homeowners Association. She and her husband Bruce have four children and live in Brentwood, TN.

A member of the Board since 2012, Frank is the President of Fera Pharmaceuticals. He is a graduate of the School of Pharmacy at St. John’s University. Frank and his wife Janet have eight children, and live in Brookville.

A member of the Board since 2009, Bea is the owner of Best Farms Market in Hicksville and West Islip. Bea and her husband Richard have four children and live in Glen Cove.

A member of the Board since 2020, Natalia has also taken on various roles for UJA Federation and was recently awarded the Martha K. Selig Young Leadership Award. Natalia has a Juris Doctor from Fordham University and a Bachelors Degree from Duke University. Natalia and her husband Adam have two children and live in Lattingtown.

A member of the Board since 2003, Susan is a wedding designer at Scarsella’s Flowers. She has a Bachelors Degree from Duke University. Susan and her late husband Rob have two children, and she lives in Lattingtown.

Hon. Colin O’Donnell
A member of the Board since 1989, Colin has been a “Club Kid” since 1969 and was the Club’s and BGCA 1979 New York State Youth of the Year. Colin is a judge on the Nassau County Family Court, and also serves on the board of the Locust Valley Cemetery Association. Colin has a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University and a Bachelors Degree from Bucknell University. Colin is a resident of Bayville.

Kevin Patterson
A member of the Board since 2022, Kevin’s first experience with the Club was a member, playing basketball and baseball, and where he formed some of his longest lasting friendships. In high school Kevin remained involved with the Club, volunteering as an assistant coach with the girl’s basketball program. Kevin is a Commercial Relationship Manager for M&T Bank, and has a Bachelors Degree from the College of the Holy Cross. Kevin lives in Huntington.

A member of the Board since 2013, Nick is an alumni of GBBGC and currently is a Business Development Consultant. Nick serves as Chief Community Officer for the Walden Gathering. Nick has a Bachelors of Science Degree from La Salle University, and lives in Locust Valley.
